2003年林建全先生於國立台北藝術大學美術系﹝造型研究所﹞單刷版畫創作碩士學分班師生合影，左三董振平教授，右一林建全先生。
2002年林建全先生參加行政院文建會舉辦之全國歷史建築百景攝影比賽，榮獲第三名與前行政院文建會主委陳郁秀合影。In 2002, Mr. Lin Chien-Chuan participated in the National Photography Competition of 100 Scenes of Historic Buildings organized by the Ministry of Culture and won the third place. He took a photo with former Minister Chen Yuxiu.
